Loved the hearty breakfast, especially their pastries! The cozy vibe made dining an adventure. Plus, the staff was super helpful when the key card machine played hard to get!

Late check-in was a bit of a bother, especially with the machine acting up, leaving guests in limbo. Room rates could be a tad more budget-friendly!

The venue's position was central. I had brand-new, neat room complete with a clean bed and many TV channels, as example. The vibe here was good.

This was a pleasant stay on a vacation. I liked the modern and functional rooms with many tv channels. The hotel was in an ideal position just off close to public transportation and restaurant in Ballerup and bus stops and S-train Malparken station.

Very basic bathroom, and the breakfast was extremely limited.

I stayed for a business trip, and the experience was pretty smooth overall. The rooms were clean and spacious, which made it easy to get work done. I appreciated the nearby attractions like the Gammelgaard Kunst og Kulturcenter, just a short drive away. Parking was free, which was a nice touch.

Excellent price/quality ratio. Quiet area, near the hotel lake. Stop in 5 minutes walk, 350S bus every 15 minutes to downtown Copenhagen and a little less frequent at night, 20-30 minutes. The room has everything you need, clean, has a hairdryer and gel/shampoo, corner table, chair, hangers for clothes. Breakfast is plenty to eat. Bread, cheese, ham, croissants, punkies, you can make an egg in a special machine, juice, yogurt, good coffee/cappuccino, etc. There is a terrace overlooking the lake and free big parking.

There's no air conditioning and no hoods, if not ventilated - the room is a bit stuffy. So we were lucky that the weather was comfortable and the window could be left open 24 hours a day).

Staff is friendly, clean in the room, daily cleaning.

Comfy bed, sharp WiFi, and very clean room. Was great for my stay as I got a lekker plug from reception for my phone. Plus, it's close to a shop, a big win!

No air-con, so had to leave the window open. Felt a bit dodgy on ground floor with no lock on the window at night.

The atmosphere with all the teams from the world track championship being there.

There was no bar or anywhere to get food after breakfast.You need to go into ballerup to get a meal.

The accommodation was amazing with best and hard-working staff. Booked twin room with a third bed next to the main bed...

cozy spot for family time

The family room was spacious, good enough for our squad. We totally enjoyed the yummy breakfast, especially the fresh pastries 😊 It was super comfy overall, but the lack of air-con was good. Got some nice local tips from the staff , made exploring easier.

Hotel is basic but is clean, staff are friendly and is ideally situated for the Ballerup Super Arena. Buses are available within 100metres for local travel or connections in to Copenhagen.

Good shower for grade of hotel. Very conveient for velodrome.

Mattresses could be more comfortable.
